Cheese, Ham and Mushrooms Quiche

The easiest quiche ever!

Quiche is a typically french dish, but I found this recipe on a portuguese website!

Ingredients:

1 roll of pastry ( I bought from the supermarket )
4 slices of cheese
6 slices of ham
1 small can of sliced mushrooms
3 eggs
1 cup of milk
salt and pepper

Preparation:

Line a pie pan with the dough and cut the excess edge. Cut the ham into strips and cheese into squares. Drain the can of mushrooms. Within the already lined pie pan spread cheese, ham and mushroomsBeat 3 eggs with the milk and season with salt and ground pepper on the occasion. Pour over the pastry. Preheat the oven at 180 C and cook it for around 35 minutes or, or until mixture is firm and golden.

Enjoy!
